“Am I too old for HRT?”

It’s one of the most common questions I get asked by women in their 50s, 60s and beyond.

👉 The answer? No - you can still benefit from HRT later in life.

There are gentler, lower-dose options and different delivery methods available (like patches, gels or vaginal oestrogen) that can be more suitable if you're further postmenopause or have specific health considerations.

This week I’m joined by Dr Sarah Daccarett, who has dedicated her career to addressing the often-overlooked hormonal challenges women face.

Join us as we talk about female hormone health, why progesterone matters more than you think and the truth about bioidentical HRT, oestrogen, and testosterone.
