Through this podcast, I’ve been fortunate to speak with experts on so many different topics and aspects of the perimenopause and menopause.
I created the podcast to share knowledge and break down taboos, with the hope that women could feel more informed - and more empowered - when it comes to their health, especially during midlife.
So when asked what I want women to know about menopause, my answer is this.
I want women to understand what it is, and the WHY behind the changes that are happening within their body - ideally, long before they actually reach menopause, so it doesn’t come as such as shock.
And I want them to know that it’s not actually something to be terrified about! You do have power, and being proactive about nutrition, exercise, your mental health can be a huge help.
