Did you know that your brain uses about 20% of your body’s total energy? It’s constantly active and with complex functions, is one of the most metabolically active organs.

Brain health covers everything that improves the quality of your brain function and includes things like diet, exercise and cholesterol levels.

This week I’m joined by Neuroscientist Dr Lila Landowski to unpack the different aspects and functions of the brain, and how you can best care for yours.
