In this episode, Dr Shauna is joined by Suzie Forbes - Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Care Practitioner, Parenting Coach and Founder of The Wonderful Society.
Suzie has been working with families for 30 years, helping parents implement values based parenting techniques and teaching children of all ages to process their ‘big emotions' in a healthy way.

Suzie also has 2 children of her own, and draws on her experience and training in psychology, occupational therapy and neurosciences to create systems and strategies to help throughout each stage of parenthood.
