When everything you used to do stops working
A common concern in midlife is feeling disconnected from yourself despite doing all the “right” things. Exercising more, eating cleaner, and cutting out alcohol can sometimes still lead to weight gain and frustration.
The issue is often not effort, but changing biology. The body responds differently in midlife, so strategies that once worked may need to be adjusted rather than intensified.
